Matt Branstetter started in the Investment Advisory business in July 1991. He became an independent registered representative in January 1992. In 1998, he received the designation of Registered Financial Consultant* (RFC) from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC).

Matt has a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Congressional Studies. All three were awarded from the University of Oklahoma. Currently he is very involved in several civic and community associations including:

• Commissioner—Slaughterville Planning and Zoning Commission
• Vice President of Noble Chamber of Commerce, Rose Rock Parade Chairman
• President of The Board of Trustees for the Mocella Homeowners Association
• President of Earlyrisers Toastmasters
• Member of Toastmasters International
• Charter Member of Noble Kiwanis, past Vice President
• Key Club Coordinator for Noble High School
• Member of the Norman Leaders in Service Club
• Member of the Noble All-Sports Association, past Vice President

Matt has been married to Tracy Nadeau since May 1979. Tracy has worked in the University of Oklahoma Athletic Department since January 1980. They have three children Kyla, Erik and Bonnie. Kyla is currently attending the University of Oklahoma studying International Finance and planning to get married in June 2003. Erik is currently attending East Central Oklahoma State University studying Business Finance and is a member of the Oklahoma Air National Guard. Bonnie attends Noble Junior High where she is a on the Volleyball Team, in Band and in the Jazz Band.

Both Tracy and Matt are actively involved in several booster organizations for both Noble Schools, and University of Oklahoma Athletics. He feels very strongly about giving back to his community every chance he gets, as well as setting a good example for his children.
